Over the last two years, De Persgroep has expanded into a true binational company, whose turnover is now more or less equally divided between Belgium and the Netherlands.

For this reason, De Persgroep has decided to add to its Board of Directors two leading figures from the Dutch business world: Mr Jan Louis Burggraaf and Mr Ieko Sevinga.

Jan Louis Burggraaf (47) has been a lawyer and partner at the international law firm Allen & Overy (Amsterdam) since 1999. His main focus is on national and international corporate law.

Ieko Sevinga (45) was Managing Director of the listed merchant bank Kempen & Co. since 2001, and following its takeover by Van Lanschot, he became a member of the bank's Board of Directors in 2007, and was responsible for Private and Business Banking.

We are extremely pleased that Jan Louis and Ieko have joined our Board of Directors. We welcome aboard two exceptional professionals, who both bring specific expertise of great value to the group.
